The areas affected include... Coastal waters from Altamaha Sound to Fernandina Beach FL out 20 NM... At 1004 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and waterspouts. These showers were located along a line extending from near Altamaha Sound to 9 nm north of Amelia City. The showers were nearly stationary.
