At 1149 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and a waterspout. This thunderstorm was located 8 nm east of Jacksonville Beach, or 23 nm north of Saint Augustine. The thunderstorm was nearly stationary.
