The areas affected include... Coastal waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL out 20 NM... At 309 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 15 nm northwest of Talbot Island to near Amelia City to near Jacksonville Beach to 14 nm west of Palm Valley, moving east at 20 knots.
