At 846 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located 25 nm east of Saint Augustine Beach, or 26 nm east of Saint Augustine, moving southeast at 20 knots.
