The areas affected include... Flagler Beach to Volusia-Brevard County Line 0-20 nm... Volusia-Brevard County Line to Sebastian Inlet 0-20 nm... At 1227 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 8 nm east of Apollo Beach to 7 nm east of Playalinda Beach. The thunderstorms were nearly stationary. Additional storms are moving offshore from near Titusville to Scottsmoor.
