A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas... Volusia-Brevard County Line to Sebastian Inlet 0-20 nm... At 424 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a gusty thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located over Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge, or over Playalinda Beach, moving east at 20 knots. Gusty outflow winds will push south toward Cape Canaveral.
