The areas affected include... Sebastian Inlet to Jupiter Inlet 0-20 nm... At 318 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located over Indian River Estates, or over Saint Lucie Nuclear Power Plant, moving northeast at 10 knots. Additional storms will move off of the Treasure Coast this afternoon and early evening.
