At 322 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 56 nm northeast of Apollo Beach to 44 nm northeast of Klondike Beach to 31 nm east of Playalinda Beach, moving east at 25 knots.
