The areas affected include... Volusia-Brevard County Line to Sebastian Inlet 20-60 nm... At 433 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 33 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 43 nm east of Playalinda Beach to 47 nm east of Port Canaveral to 24 nm northeast of Indian River Shores, moving northeast at 30 knots.
