The areas affected include... Coastal waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL out 20 NM... Coastal waters from Jupiter Inlet to Deerfield Beach FL out 20 NM... At 401 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Palm Beach to 6 nm west of Delray Beach, moving southeast at 15 knots.
