A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas... Coastal Waters OF Northwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM... Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM... At 106 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots, frequent lightning, and torrential rain. Waterspouts are possible. These thunderstorms were located northwestern Puerto Rico and will move over coastal water of northern and northwestern Puerto Rico within the next hour or so, moving west at 15 knots.
