Coastal Waters of Southern Puerto Rico out 10 NM... * At 534 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and waterspouts are possible. This strong thunderstorm was located over the coastal waters of Yabucoa, moving west at 20 knots. Locations impacted include... Mainly open waters east of Puerto Rico, around Vieques, and around and just north of Culebra and Saint John and Coastal Waters of Southern Puerto Rico out 10 NM.
