Coastal Waters of Southwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM... * At 628 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 35 knots. This strong thunderstorm was located over open waters of Mona Passage Southward to 17N, Coastal Waters of Northwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM and Coastal Waters of Southwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM zones, moving west at 25 knots. Additional thunderstorms and strong gusty winds are expected across the western waters of Puerto Rico through the next hour or so. Locations impacted include...
