The areas affected include... Coastal Waters from Eastport, ME to Schoodic Point, ME out 25 NM... At 237 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This thunderstorm was located 8 nm northwest of Eastport, moving east at 10 knots. The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
