The areas affected include... Casco Bay... Coastal Waters from Cape Elizabeth, ME to Merrimack River, MA out 25 NM... Coastal Waters from Port Clyde, ME to Cape Elizabeth, ME out 25 NM... Coastal Waters from Stonington, ME to Port Clyde, ME out 25 NM... Penobscot Bay... At 933 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers, capable of producing winds to around 32 knots. These showers were located along a line extending from 11 nm west of Rockland to near Freeport to 9 nm northwest of Portland, moving southeast at 35 knots.
