The areas affected include... Coastal Waters from Cape Elizabeth, ME to Merrimack River, MA out 25 NM... Waters from Cape Elizabeth ME to Merrimack River MA from 25 to 60 NM... At 348 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located 10 nm north of Jeffreys Ledge Buoy 44098, moving northeast at 25 knots.
