The areas affected include... Boston Harbor... Cape Cod Bay... Coastal waters east of Ipswich Bay and the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary... Coastal waters from Provincetown MA to Chatham MA to Nantucket MA out 20 NM... Massachusetts Bay and Ipswich Bay... Ocean Waters from Provincetown to Nantucket from 20 to 60 NM... Ocean Waters from the Merrimack River to Plymouth from 40 to 60 NM... At 511 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Quincy to near Barnstable, moving northeast at 45 knots. Locations impacted include...
