At 345 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Watch Hill to 7 nm east of Shinnecock Bay, moving east at 25 knots. Locations impacted include... Charlestown Breachway, Block Island Sound, The Coastal Waters West Of Block Island, Point Judith Light, and Watch Hill.
