The areas affected include... Coastal waters from Manasquan Inlet to Little Egg Inlet NJ out 20 NM... Coastal waters from Sandy Hook to Manasquan Inlet NJ out 20 NM... Waters from Manasquan Inlet NJ to Little Egg Inlet NJ from 20 to 60 NM... Waters from Sandy Hook NJ to Manasquan Inlet NJ from 20 to 40 NM... At 747 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located over Fair Haven, moving southeast at 35 knots. Locations impacted include... Leonardo, Sea Girt Reef, Shark River Reef, Point Pleasant Beach, Belmar, Atlantic Highlands, Manasquan Inlet, Monmouth Beach, Sea Bright, Axel Carlson Reef, Sandy Hook Reef, and Fair Haven.
