The areas affected include... Coastal waters from Little Egg Inlet to Great Egg Inlet NJ out 20 NM... Coastal waters from Manasquan Inlet to Little Egg Inlet NJ out 20 NM... Waters from Little Egg Inlet NJ to Great Egg Inlet NJ from 20 to 60 NM... Waters from Manasquan Inlet NJ to Little Egg Inlet NJ from 20 to 60 NM... At 408 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 6 nm southeast of Barnegat Light Reef to 8 nm southeast of Little Egg Reef, moving east at 30 knots. The strong thunderstorms will remain over mainly open waters.
