Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor... At 846 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located 16 nm west of Fort Smallwood State Park, moving east at 20 knots.
