Bulletin details
As of just before 12:30 PM, radar and satellite indicated developing thunderstorms in the vicinity of the upper Chesapeake Bay and tidal Patapsco River. These storms will likely continue to build over the next hour. Wind gusts of 25 to 35 knots and lightning strikes are possible, and Special Marine Warnings may be needed. Mariners should prepare to head to safe harbor.
