The areas affected include... Chesapeake Bay from Pooles Island to Sandy Point MD... Chesapeake Bay north of Pooles Island MD... Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor... At 949 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a gust front, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This front was located along a line extending from 11 nm north of Havre De Grace to 14 nm northwest of Middle River to 27 nm west of Back River, moving southeast at 25 knots. Thunderstorms may also affect the Chesapeake Bay north of Pooles Island, but gusty winds will reach the waters well before rain arrives. The front will be near... Havre De Grace around 1005 AM EDT. Gunpowder River around 1010 AM EDT. Aberdeen Proving Ground and Northeast River around 1015 AM EDT. Turkey Point and Spesutie Island around 1020 AM EDT.
