A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas... Chesapeake Bay from North Beach to Drum Point MD... Chesapeake Bay from Sandy Point to North Beach MD... Choptank River to Cambridge MD and the Little Choptank River... Eastern Bay... At 128 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located over Chesapeake Beach, moving east at 25 knots.
