Bulletin details

A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas... Tidal Potomac from Cobb Island MD to Smith Point VA... Tidal Potomac from Indian Head to Cobb Island MD... At 555 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a gust front, capable of producing winds to around 25 to 30 knots, which will be accompanied by a wind shift to west to northwesterly. This front was located along a line extending from near Quantico to 6 nm southwest of Aquia Creek to 24 nm west of Brent Point, moving southeast at 20 knots.
