Bulletin details

Marine observations depict a northerly wind surge along and just behind a cold front front early this morning. Winds speeds around 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt can be expected on the Chesapeake Bay. These winds will likely last through around 8 AM or so. Wave heights may also briefly increase to 2-3 ft, especially in the lower Chesapeake Bay. Those operating small craft should consider remaining in port until winds subside.
