The areas affected include... Chesapeake Bay from New Point Comfort to Little Creek VA... Chesapeake Bay from Windmill Point to New Point Comfort VA... At 1137 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a small complex of thunderstorms capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Wolf Trap to near Cherrystone Reef to Tue Marshes Light, moving east at 30 knots. Locations impacted include... New Point Comfort, York Spit Reef, Buoy 36a, Wolf Trap, The Cell, Plantation Light, Cherrystone Reef, Cabbage Patch, Kiptopeke Concrete Ships, and Cape Charles Harbor.
