Coastal waters from Parramore Island to Cape Charles Light VA out 20 NM... James River from JRB to HRBT, Including the Elizabeth River... At 657 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Cape Charles Harbor to near Bluefish Rock to Sewells Point, moving southeast at 10 knots. strong thunderstorms will be near...
