Chesapeake Bay from New Point Comfort to Little Creek VA... James River from JRB to HRBT, Including the Elizabeth River... James River from Jamestown to the James River Bridge... York River... At 331 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated an outflow boundary from thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This boundary was located near 4th Island Bay Bridge, moving south/southeast at 30 knots.
