What the bulletin says to do
Prepare for thunderstorms with wind gusts near 30 knots, locally rough and confused seas, occasional lightning strikes, and potentially blinding downpours. Get to a safe port as quickly, and as safely as possible. When downpours reduce visibility, slow down. Prepare for rainfall rates up to INSERT RAINFALL RATE inches per hour. Make sure bilge passages and scuppers are clean of any debris or obstruction.
