What is happening
A broken band of showers and thunderstorms will drive westward at 15 knots across the offshore Florida Straits off of the Middle and Upper Keys. The stronger activity will produce gusty and erratic winds of 30 knots, at times frequent lightning strikes, and blinding downpours.
