At 505 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This thunderstorm was located 12 nm northeast of Rollover Pass, or 14 nm north of High Island 63, moving southwest at 35 knots.
