A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas... Terrebonne Bay... At 853 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing weak waterspouts. This thunderstorm was located near Terrebonne Bay. The thunderstorm was nearly stationary. Dangerous lightning strikes and brief, weak waterspouts are possible with this activity. Remain on alert in case warnings are issued for waterspout development.
