Coastal Waters from Southwest Pass of the Mississippi River to Port Fourchon LA out 20 nm... * At 425 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These strong thunderstorms were located along a line from near Point Au Fer Island to 9 NM northeast of Louisiana Offshore Oil Port, or along a line from near Point Au Fer Island to 17 NM southeast of Grand Isle, moving northeast at 5 knots. Locations impacted include... Timbalier Bay, Timbalier Island, Terrebonne Bay and Grand Isle.
