These strong thunderstorms were located along a line from 12 NM southeast of Timbalier Island to 19 NM south of Empire, or along a line from 12 NM southeast of Timbalier Island to 18 NM northwest of Southwest Pass Of the Mississippi River, moving southeast at 10 knots. Locations impacted include... Louisiana Offshore Oil Port.
