Coastal waters from Southwest Pass of the Mississippi River to Port Fourchon Louisiana from 20 to 60 NM... Coastal waters from the Southwest Pass of the Mississippi River to Port Fourchon Louisiana out 20 NM... At 117 PM CDT, a mariner reported a cluster of showers, producing weak waterspouts. This cluster of showers is generally located along a line extending from 13 nm east of Southwest Pass Of the Mississippi River to 47 nm southeast of Louisiana Offshore Oil Port, moving southeast at 15 knots.
