At 919 PM CDT...A line of strong thunderstorms was located along a line extending from 7 nm northeast of Blackwater Bay Bridge to near Bon Secour Bay...moving southeast at 20 knots. Locations impacted include... Fort Walton Beach, Big Lagoon, Pensacola Beach, Shalimar, Fort Pickens, Okaloosa Pier, Pensacola Bay, East Santa Rosa Sound, West Santa Rosa Sound, and Gulf Shores Beach. The primary threats from these storms are wind gusts up to 30 knots...locally higher waves...and heavy downpours. Boaters should consider seeking safe harbor until these storms have passed.
