At 425 AM CDT...A strong thunderstorm was located near Mary Esther... moving east at 10 knots. Locations impacted include... West Choctawhatchee Bay, Fort Walton Beach, Shalimar, Fort Walton Liberty Ship Reef, Destin, East Pass At Destin, Okaloosa Pier, and Mary Esther. The primary threats from this storm are wind gusts up to 30 knots... locally higher waves...and heavy downpours. Boaters should consider seeking safe harbor until this storm has passed.
