At 802 PM CDT...A strong thunderstorm was located 7 nm southeast of Oriskany Reef, or 30 nm southeast of Pensacola Pass...moving south at 20 knots. This storm will remain over mainly open waters. The primary threats from this storm are wind gusts up to 30 knots... locally higher waves...and heavy downpours. Boaters should consider seeking safe harbor until this storm has passed.
