Bulletin details
Fair weather waterspouts are possible over the coastal waters this morning. This type of waterspout usually forms along dark, flat bases of a line of developing cumulus clouds. Never try to navigate through a waterspout. The best way to avoid a waterspout is to move at a 90-degree angle to its apparent movement. Waterspouts can quickly form and capsize boats, damage vessels, and create suddenly higher waves.
