A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas... Coastal Waters From Ochlockonee River to Apalachicola FL out to 20 Nm... Coastal Waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola out 20 NM... Waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM... Waters from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM... At 825 AM EDT/725 AM CDT/, satellite imagery indicated a line of clouds, capable of producing fair weather waterspouts. This cloud feature was located along a line extending from near O Tower to 13 nm southwest of Empire Mica Wreck, moving southwest at 10 knots.
