A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas... Avon Point to Willowick OH... Avon Point to Willowick OH beyond 5 nm off shoreline to US-Canadian border... Geneva-on-the-Lake to Conneaut OH... Reno Beach to The Islands OH... Reno Beach to The Islands OH beyond 5NM off shoreline to US-Canadian border... The Islands to Vermilion OH... The Islands to Vermilion OH beyond 5 nm off shoreline to US-Canadian border... Vermilion to Avon Point OH... Vermilion to Avon Point OH beyond 5 nm off shoreline to US-Canadian border... Willowick to Geneva-on-the Lake OH... Willowick to Geneva-on-the-Lake OH beyond 5NM off shoreline to US-Canadian border... At 1257 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a line of showers associated with a land breeze over the central basin of Lake Erie, capable of producing isolated brief waterspouts. These showers were located along a line extending from 9 nm northwest of Put-In-Bay to near Fairport Harbor, moving east at 10 knots.
