The areas affected include... Vermilion to Willowick OH... At 240 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms spreading east across Lake Erie. These thunderstorms are capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 16 nm northwest of Lorain Harbor to Vermilion, moving east at 20 knots.
