The areas affected include... Avon Point to Willowick OH... Avon Point to Willowick OH beyond 5 nm off shoreline to US-Canadian border... Willowick to Geneva-on-the Lake OH... Willowick to Geneva-on-the-Lake OH beyond 5NM off shoreline to US-Canadian border... At 921 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing frequent lightning and winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 19 nm north of Avon Point to 6 nm south of Cleveland, moving southeast at 30 knots.
