The areas affected include... Michigan Waters of Lake Erie from Detroit River to North Cape MI... At 520 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds up to 30 knots and small hail. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 10 nm west of Bolles Harbor Of Refuge to near Luna Pier to North Cape, moving east at 15 knots. Locations impacted include... Estral Beach, Bolles Harbor Of Refuge, Woodland Beach, Monroe Harbor, Luna Pier, Detroit River Light, Detroit Beach, North Cape, and Stony Point.
