The areas affected include... Michigan Waters of Lake Erie from Detroit River to North Cape MI... At 252 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of thunderstorm, capable of producing cloud to ground lightning and winds up to 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located near Luna Pier, or near Bolles Harbor Of Refuge, moving east at 30 knots. The strong thunderstorm will be near... Bolles Harbor Of Refuge, Monroe Harbor, and Luna Pier around 300 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by the strong thunderstorm include Woodland Beach, Stony Point, Estral Beach, and Detroit Beach.
