A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas... Outer Saginaw Bay SW of Alabaster to Port Austin MI to Inner Saginaw Bay... At 514 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds up to 30 knots and small hail. This thunderstorm was located over White Stone Point, moving northeast at 25 knots. The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
