At 126 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds up to 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 18 nm west of Pinconning to 16 nm southwest of Linwood, moving east at 30 knots. strong thunderstorms will be near... The Mouth Of The Saginaw River and Pinconning around 150 PM EDT. Bay City Liberty Harbor around 155 PM EDT. Quanicassee around 210 PM EDT. Sebewaing around 225 PM EDT.
