The areas affected include... Harbor Beach to Port Sanilac MI... Lake Huron from Harbor Beach to Port Sanilac 5NM Off Shore to US/Canadian border... Lake Huron from Port Austin to Harbor Beach 5NM Off Shore to the US/Canadian border... At 243 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds up to 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 19 nm east of Harbor Beach to 24 nm southeast of Port Hope to 15 nm northeast of Port Sanilac, moving southeast at 20 knots. Strong thunderstorms will remain over mainly open waters.
