The areas affected include... Lake Huron from Harbor Beach to Port Sanilac 5NM Off Shore to US/Canadian border... At 141 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds up to 30 knots and small hail. This thunderstorm was located 17 nm east of Harbor Beach, moving southeast at 35 knots. The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
